RENT COLLECTION for AUGUST
PLEASE NOTE YOU RE NOT ALLOWED TO USE YOUR DEPOSIT AS LAST MONTHS RENT ; YOU WILL ALL GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK SUBJECT TO THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE DEPOSIT SHEET
Please note that rent collection will take place IN AUGUST 1st THURSDAY and 2nd FRIDAY AND 3rd SATURDAY and( 4th Sunday) and 5th Monday . Please let me know at what time. Those that pay into the bank , please ensure that your instruction is set so the money reaches me by 1st of every month in future. If rent is more than 4 days late from 1 AUGUST 2018, then their will be an automatic penalty of £30 and further charges if continued. Please note rent collection times are from afternoon to 10pm.when paying online .please ref your name and address and month in short form.
Once again this has been a busy year(as always) with OVER 80% let for the next academic year so far, starting JULY/SEPT . There is still excellent accommodation available throughout late summer and beyond. Improvements/refurbishments are planned for select properties planned this summer; there is still plenty of opportunities to choose excellent accommodation with S M Properties which won an award and got short listed in recent times .With newer properties available late summer and for most busy time of SEPTEMBER INTAKE, the company can only go from strength to strength. Portable appliances such as electric fires, convector or fan heaters should not be used.
Also please note , the landlord is not responsible for tenants personal possessions. All tenants that enter into a contract should have their own contents insurance.

It is imprtant you keep a record of your start readings at the start of your contract and record your meter number everymonth is highky recommeded and is essential you do this for larger houses so energy usge can be monitored and so effectively managed.
All adminstrative enquires will be dealt with through email , telephone or other media but if you would like to like to see me in person (the property manager) , if the query cannot be resolved over the phone etc then you can request to visit me at the address given in the contact detials . Unless the landlord agrees then he may come to visit you. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT AFFECT REPAIR ENQUIRIES .
